How to Use Our Incense?
Each incense is crafted with natural plants, herbs, and woods — free from additives, safe for people and pets.
To use:
- Place your incense in a heat-safe holder.
- Light the tip until it catches flame, then gently blow it out.
- Let it smolder and scent your space.
Tips:
- Burn in a well-ventilated area.
- Long stick incense burns for ~25–35 minutes (thin) and ~50–65 minutes (thick).
- One stick is often enough to scent a room.
- Store in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness.
Shipping
We currently ship from our studio in Berlin, Germany.
Delivery Estimates after being shipped:
- Germany: 3-5 business days
- European Union countries: 4–8 business days
Shipping Fees:
- Within Germany: €4.50 (free shipping for orders over €38, unless stated otherwise during special promotions)
- Most of Europe (Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Spain, France, Portugal, Italy): €6.00 (free shipping for orders over €52, unless stated otherwise during special promotions)
- Other countries: please email us.
Other Notes:
- All parcels include tracking information.
- We use minimal, eco-conscious packaging materials.
- Please allow 1–2 days for processing your order before dispatch.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
- Please support recycled packing materials.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If not, we’re here to help.
Returns:
- You may return unopened full-size items within 14 days of delivery.
- Please email us at [info@senle.studio] with your order number to begin the process.
- Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Please note:
- To help you make the right choice, we include a sample of each ordered scent whenever possible — so you can try it before opening the full-size product.
- Opened full-size items and sample packs are not eligible for return.
- Due to the natural ingredients we use, each batch may vary slightly in scent. This gentle variation is part of the beauty and authenticity of nature — and what makes each experience uniquely yours.
Workshops
Our workshops take place at our Berlin studio and occasionally pop up elsewhere.
Booking & Policies:
- Spots are limited — booking in advance is recommended.
- In case you can’t join, please notify us 7 working days in advance for credit.
- Private group sessions available on request.
